Remember this piece? I first posted about it in October 2011.
On the pipe the color is fresh and beginning to oxidize. Below is a snap of the piece just unwrapped and still wet.
Below that are details after the fabric had dried. Since 2011 the fabric has been stored loosely in a tin lined box. I'm about to pull it out and wash it for the first time.
